Opportunities to Advance STEM Learning and Skills
internX is uniquely positioned to bring precision, diversity, inclusion, and efficiency to the internship matching process for thousands of talented and skilled young adults across the country. The objective of internX is to provide value to both the employer and the student by providing highly qualified, pre-screened entry-level talent for the employer and providing on-ramps to 21st Century quality jobs for the student.
Rising sophomores – postgraduate students with at least a 2.8 GPA from ethnically underrepresented groups. Employers may create additional requirements, e.g., classification, GPA, major. STEM and Business-related positions in all sectors; financial, marketing, software, not-for-profits, real estate, etc. The internX employer partners recruit on a rolling basis. You can post positions for Spring, Summer and Fall cycles. Most internX employers will provide a relocation stipend. internX can provide support for students with financial need. Students are encouraged to apply for internships with multiple employers. Most students receive multiple offers. You can accept or decline an offer based on your needs.

STEM internships allow students to gain hands-on experience in the science, technology, engineering and math fields.
Internships provide valuable experience that help young people determine whether the STEM career path is a good fit. In addition, internships provide students with the opportunity to build relationships with mentors and professionals in the field. Moreover, interns gain experience, develop skills, make connections, get to work closely with leadership teams, contribute genuinely to the organization and bottom-lines, strengthen their resumes, learn about a field, and assess their interest and abilities.
