CARS! CARS! CARS!
Build, Race, and Learn!
STEM NOLA is back with another high-energy, hands-on STEM Saturday, and this time we’re diving deep into the physics of Force & Motion! This FREE STEM Saturday is open to students in grades K-12, where they’ll dive into the world of force and motion by constructing their own race cars and racing them to see how force makes them go!
Students will learn how the push or pull (force) and the movement (motion) of objects work together to create speed and power. The team from STEM Global Action and volunteer mentors will guide participants through hands-on activities that will spark curiosity and creativity.
